First of all, thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, the template name is "Project Timeline",
and its supposed to be Excel 2013. I went through all the steps that you lot told me, only nonetheless couldn't
work! Is it because of I'm using Excel 2010 edition?

Yes, that is the one I'm having trouble on. I merely desire to copy that template into different
worksheets. In this template, I tin can input my particular with specific engagement, and the timeline will
automatically show a ruddy dot with short description of my particular.
I copied the template to another worksheet, revised the item, only the timeline didn't
answer to my specific date. And so basically, I can re-create the template to unlike worksheet,
but the template function doesn't work.
All I want is this template to work properly with unlike worksheets. So I can have several
Project Timeline worksheets under ane excel file.

At present I empathize the trouble yous're having. There is a hidden sheet in this template where all the calculations are being washed.
Open up a new workbook based on the template (File > New > My Templates) and become to
Home > Cells > Format > Hide & Unhide > Unhide Canvas.
Double-click the name of the hidden sheet: calcs

Thank you JasperP, only I'k still having difficulty to meet what I desire.
Right now I want to have v Project Timeline in 5 different worksheets, but nether same
excel file. How can I exercise that?
I don't know whatever other means rather than copy the Project Timeline to different worksheets.
The timeline dots change co-ordinate to the 1st worksheet, it seems like the residual of 4
timeline dots are linked to the 1st i. For example, if I brand a description change on
the "Project Start" to "Start", all the worksheets are going to show "Start." Then how can I
work with them separately, so they won't affect each other?

The Project Timeline sheet is linked to the calcs sheet. If you merely copy it, you're just creating more sheets linked to the same calcs sheet. Irresolute the first Project Timeline sheet, changes the calcs canvas and therefore changes all the Projection Timeline copies.
Considering updating all the links to different calcs sheets can be a hassle and copying them both at one time gives an fault, the easiest way to become 5 Project Timeline worksheets (and 5 calcs sheets) in the same workbook might be this:
- Open up 5 workbooks based on the template (File > New > My Templates)
- Unhide all the calcs sheets
- Move all sheets to the same workbook, using the method I described earlier (right click the tab > Move or Copy > pick the destination workbook and
check Create a copy)
- Y'all tin rename the sheets if you want to and hibernate the calcs sheets.
